Question: I have had the liquid termite protection treatment applied at
our house. Recently, we had to dig under our foundation to install piers
below the footings all the way around the house. Do we have to have the
protection treatment reapplied? What is an average cost we should expect
for a 1500 ft2 home?
ANSWER The digging may have displaced the treated soil; it would be best to contact the company that did the application--have them come out to look at the house and determine if a re-treatment is necessary.
