Question: I have never had an insect problem. Recently, I found a few tiny black pellets on the kitchen counter & in the silverware drawer. Please tell me this is not roaches, because I”ll move!!
ANSWER
These may be mouse droppings.
Place several snap traps in strategic positions to eliminate your problem quicker – as the theory of one just isn’t true. Baiting the traps with things like food, string, and cotton/cloth will help attract the rodents. Be aware to place the traps out of the reach of children and pets.
Baits are, also, effective. Their drawback is the inability to control the mice once they’ve eaten them. The belief that they go outside after eating and that a dead mouse doesn’t create an odor isn’t true.
