Farbest Brands (Plain City, Ohio)

A two-time Gold Medal IPM Partner Award winner, Farbest Brands is a custom manufacturer of liquid and dry products and distributor of specialty food ingredients.  The company’s strong focus on food safety and commitment to pest prevention has been key to a successful operation.  

PETCO Distribution Center #198 (Joliet, Ill.)

One of three main distribution centers for the leading specialty retailer of premium pet food and supplies, PETCO Distribution Center #198 is committed to the best quality and freshest products.  To maintain its quality assurance, PETCO employs Orkin’s Gold Medal Protection.  The Joliet facility prides itself on its clean environment, educated staff and investment in pest prevention.

Saddle Creek Corporation – Del Monte Foods (Fort Worth, Texas)

Saddle Creek, a warehousing and distribution facility for Del Monte Foods in Fort Worth, Texas, has been an Orkin customer since 2007.  Saddle Creek follows a detailed written sanitation schedule and doesn’t miss a beat when it comes to pest management.  Saddle Creek’s partnership with Orkin has resulted in perfect scores on the pest control portions of its AIB International audits.

Tyson Foods – Monroe Facility (Monroe, N.C.)

Tyson Foods in Monroe, N.C., serves as a poultry processing facility for the world’s largest processor of chicken, beef and pork.  Tyson and Orkin work closely to make sure the facility is proactive about pest management.  With Orkin’s guidance, the Tyson staff has participated in pest management training and now serves as the eyes and ears of the facility.  Although the threat of pests is always present for a food processing facility, Tyson doesn’t let anything pass them by.

Barry Callebaut Canada, Inc. (Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec)

The world’s leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate, Barry Callebaut Canada, Inc., has partnered with Orkin PCO Services since 2000.  Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is especially important to the facility, which does not use chemicals to control pests.  Instead, Orkin works with Barry Callebaut’s passionate and dedicated staff to employ a variety of simple yet effective sanitation and maintenance practices to help keep pests in their place.

Danone, Inc. (Boucherville, Quebec)

Danone, a global leader in cultured dairy products, including yogurt, fresh cheese and drinkable yogurt, knows what it takes to prevent pests and commit to excellent sanitation.  The company has been a Gold Medal IPM Partner Award winner two years in a row.  Danone relies on Orkin’s Gold Medal Protection service and documentation to support its quality assurance protocols.   

H.J. Heinz Company (Leamington, Ontario)

H.J. Heinz Company is a leading processor of multiple ingredients including high-quality ketchup and condiments, infant foods, pasta sauces, canned beans and pasta, specialty sauces, and salad dressings for retail and foodservice channels.  One ingredient the company won’t stand for – pests.  Two Gold Medal IPM Partner Awards and multiple successful audits later, H.J.
