It seems that people are often quick to complain, but I’d like to start your Friday with praise. The Orkin Man provided such excellent service to our department that I must let you know. I met him for the first time a few months ago. He is the first Orkin Man that has visited our facilities over the past couple of years who introduced himself. He was very friendly and personable. He is also the first to explain the treatment our offices received and his treatment plan for our truck scales. Our scales contain a gel in the load cells that ants adore. In the past, we incurred some hefty maintenance charges to replace the gel in the load cells due to damage caused by ants. I firmly believe that our ant problem will no longer be an issue. He demonstrated knowledge and thoroughness in the services provided, and I believe he genuinely cares about the customers served. He graciously consented to do so, but would not even listen when I wanted to pay him. He is such a well-mannered man, and I did not want to embarrass him. The Orkin Man did an inspection of the exterior area and did, in fact, find an active termite infestation in the wooden deck post.
