I received a call from the manager and she was great. Very professional and willing to do what she could to turn my experience around. She had a technician come out first thing this morning and he was very professional and courteous. The way the manager handled my problem, I could not have asked for anything better. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I miss my old Orkin Man Richard was an awesome Orkin Man. We used to look forward to him coming to the house and really enjoyed our conversations. The new Orkin Man is efficient and friendly but Richard was the best. So bummed !!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tired of the run around! About 4 months ago I started my service with them. Over the phone I set up to be able to pay my full year in advance ( for my quarterly sprays) so I did not have to worry about it. I waited a couple weeks for it to clear my account. And only a payment for the first installment went through. No biggie. So I called them to let them know only a payment was taken out for my first visit, & I wanted to pay for the year in advance. It took me about 5 phone calls to even get them to take my payment. After getting them to take my payment, a couple weeks later I noticed there were still spiders in my house. Called several times no answer, I have left voicemails, never received a call back. Two and a half weeks ago I realized it was time for my next spray, thankfully, but I hadn't heard anything from them. I called them to see when my next spray would be and they told me it would be the coming up Tuesday. They said they would call me Monday to set up a time. It never happened. Wednesday I called them to see what was going on. They then told me that they would be at my house tonight at 5:30. Tonight at 6 o'clock I called them because noone was here. They then tell me that someone will be here next Tuesday. I had to move my schedule around for them to be able to come today. I moved things from today to next Tuesday do they could come. So, needless to say I won't be home for them to come next Tuesday. I am so tired of getting the runaround. I feel like they have my money, so they don't care if I get my services in a timely manner or not. I don't feel the customer service level is where it should be. Communication is obviously not where it should be. & I just want my money back so I can go to a different company. They are not all they are cracked up to be.
