Fruit Rat
Named for their propensity to dwell in fruit-bearing arboreal environments, fruit rats are also commonly known as roof rats. Inside, they build their nests in the rafters and ceilings. Fruit rats are extremely adept climbers. Fruit rats are black or dark brown in color and have slender bodies.
