When you work with Orkin, you get a direct priority phone number to our National Customer Service Department. If you spot a pest, we can respond to the problem within 24 hours (or faster) depending on your needs.
Our contracts have an option to run from one to three years, with the opportunity to renew after the chosen effective period on a month-to-month basis. After the effective period, you can cancel with 60 days’ written notice.
