Orkin MyAccount

Keeping tabs on your pest control program should be easy. That’s why we provide Orkin MyAccount to house a history of your services and allow you to effectively manage your account and billing preferences. 

Included as part of our standard pest control services for all Orkin Commercial customers, Orkin MyAccount provides valuable data and updates on your pest control program, including services performed, account information and the ability to pay for services using a credit card.

The benefits of Orkin MyAccount are:

  • Secure and Central Database: Get any-time access to a personalized portal with information to help you track upcoming and past services.

  • Service Records: Access and reprint tickets for your past services completed while viewing your service history, including information on the services provided, observations and recommendations, product application details and pesticide usage, station and zone inspection points, and pest findings.

  • Targeted Treatment: Our data helps us spot patterns of pest activity so we can deliver more targeted, effective treatments before a pest problem becomes a business problem. 

  • Touch-Up and Reschedule Requests: Request a touch-up service or reschedule your existing service online.

  • Account and Billing Management: Pay your bills online with ease and update a variety of billing preferences such as primary email address, primary form of payment and billing address changes.
